All Sales Are Final
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part (such as the wrong design, size, or garment), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.

Color, Size & Design Approval
Please review all product details, sizing charts, and customization options carefully before placing your order.
Variations in color may occur due to screen settings, and these differences are not considered defects.

Custom Requests
If you would like a design in a different color, garment, or style, please contact us before placing your order so we can ensure everything is perfect.

Order Cancellations
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
